Wednesday Mornings: Kundalini Yoga For Calmness & Well-Being


During difficult times, our minds attach to certain thoughts, often ones that do not serve us. Then our bodies hold tension from stress or fear. This class releases tension and kicks up our glandular, nervous, and lymphatic systems to relax tight bodies and stuck energy. We move from stress to calm with an active practice that creates stamina and an open heart.
